Well, that technology is here now and MTR will do just that! We are offering our clients the opportunity to take advantage of these abilities, and more, at absolutely no cost or obligation to you.

In efforts to facilitate our Total Managed Print Services program we have acquired, at a great expense to MTR, a software application that will monitor the operating conditions of networked print output devices and generate comprehensive reports on page counts, maintenance cycles, toner levels, toner usage, and much more.

We have recently started to offer this powerful tool to all of our clients whether they opt in to Total Managed Print or not. The benefits of utilizing this system are immediately recognizable for MTR as well as our clients and provides real-time, proactive data which we can use to custom tailor our service to your specific needs.

Meter counts no longer need to be manually compiled and forwarded to MTR and we can set the parameters of the system to alert MTR and/or your key operators when toner levels drop below a certain percentage. This technology will also report device malfunctions and error status as well as provide automatic notification when it is time for preventative maintenance.

The software also allows us to generate Total Cost of Ownership reports using real data from your devices and the actual cost of your supplies and consumables. This is invaluable to your organization as it offers a true “snapshot” of what you actually spend on your total printed output. You can use this data to monitor and streamline your print fleet as it relates to your bottom line.
